Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Sfela cheese, 1 cm thick each (alternatively you can use any hard cheese like Graviera, Halloumi or Gruyere)
- 4 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
- 4 tbsp. Gold of Irida EVOO
- 1 Lemon, in wedges
Method:
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Coat the Sfela slices in flour and shake to remove excess flour.
- Fry the Sfela cheese slices, preferably two at a time, for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are golden on the outside and a thin crust forms.
- Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
- Serve with a lemon wedge.
