Irida's Olive Oil Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 500 mL Heavy Cream
  • 300 mL Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 55 mL Gold of Irida EVOO
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt

 Method:

  1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, add the cream, condensed milk, in the bowl and whip for 5-6 minutes or until you have soft peaks.
  2. Add the olive oil and salt and mix until just combined.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and cover.
  4. Place in your freezer overnight to set.
  5. Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil if you wish!
