Ingredients:
- 500 mL Heavy Cream
- 300 mL Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 55 mL Gold of Irida EVOO
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Method:
- Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, add the cream, condensed milk, in the bowl and whip for 5-6 minutes or until you have soft peaks.
- Add the olive oil and salt and mix until just combined.
- Transfer to an airtight container and cover.
- Place in your freezer overnight to set.
- Serve with an extra drizzle of olive oil if you wish!
